46° North has created a strategic alliance with Tremblant a Louer, a professional property management company who represents owners both in Canada and internationally. Tremblant a Louer is a reputed company who has been in the reservation and rental management business and tourism since 1998. The entire staff of tremblantalouer.ca has lived for years in the Mont-Tremblant region and their knowledge and familiarity of the area is crucial to providing excellent service.

Mont-Tremblant offers world class sights and activities and the number of visitors it attracts increases every year. In 2008 alone, there were 2.35 million visitors to the region. The prime location of 46° North, in the heart of the Laurentians and right next door to the Parc National du Mont-Tremblant, makes it a very attractive option for renters. It is also only a 25-minute drive from the Mont-Tremblant Ski Resort, the #1 ski resort in Eastern North America for the 13th consecutive year.
